Manage repairs, cleaning, staging and rental of a condo in Miami FL

I have a condo that needs to be painted, cleaned and fixed up (repair shelving, HVAC check.) I'd like someone to manage this, then stage the unit (it is partially furnished and needs some artwork hung, etc...) so that it can be listed to rent online.
