Manage Spanish Residential & Vacation Rentals

Job ID: 40281734

Budget: $250 – $750 USD

I’m looking for a Spanish-licensed real estate broker who can assume full management of my residential units and a small portfolio of holiday rentals. The immediate, non-negotiable priority is the creation of airtight, one-year lease agreements for tenants who live outside Spain; the contracts must comply with current Spanish housing law yet be written so an international tenant can easily understand their obligations.

Once the lease framework is in place, I’ll need you to handle the classic day-to-day tasks—tenant communication, coordinating repairs with local trades, and keeping the books on rent collection—so the properties run smoothly without my constant involvement. Fluency in Spanish and English is essential, and proven experience shepherding both long-term and vacation rentals through Spain’s regulatory landscape will set you apart.

Deliverables
• A bilingual (Spanish & English) one-year lease template that satisfies Spanish rental regulations and clearly outlines terms for non-resident tenants.
• Ongoing property management of my residential and holiday units, including tenant liaison, maintenance coordination, and monthly rent accounting.

If you have handled similar cross-border leasing situations and can start quickly, let’s discuss next steps.
