We are seeking an experienced loan processor to handle real estate investor-only loans for our private lending business. This role focuses on processing DSCR (Debt-Service Coverage Ratio), fix-and-flip, and bridge loans. You will manage loan files through platforms like Kiavi and Roc Capital, ensuring seamless transactions for our real estate investor clients.
What You'll Do:
- Process and manage investor-only loans from initial application through closing.
- Work directly with Kiavi and Roc Capital platforms to submit and track loan files.
- Communicate with insurance agents, title companies, and loan analysts to ensure all required documentation is in place.
- Collect and verify required borrower and property documents (e.g., leases, bank statements, property appraisals).
- Ensure investor loans meet DSCR and bridge financing guidelines.
- Follow up with borrowers as needed via email and phone to obtain missing documents and updates.
- Coordinate with appraisers, title companies, and clients to clear conditions and close files.
- Prepare loan packages for underwriting and manage files to ensure timely closings.
What We're Looking For:
