I am currently seeking a commercial lease litigation specialist, particularly in lease contract disputes. The dispute is specifically concerning an early lease termination issue. Our former Landlord in Alberta did sue us for early termination of our lease contract, but we want to counter claim for damage since he did force us to leave due to the poor condition of the building and his failure to perform the repairs.
