Your tasks:
Lend money to block the house contract and then regain the house by reselling the house
Research and extract property listings that are significantly below market value, distressed, or up for foreclosure/urgent sale from Italian real estate portals and public sources.
Record key details for each property into an Excel spreadsheet: property size, property type, location, neighborhood details, selling price, and source links.
Requirements:
Proficiency in web research and data entry.
Ability to organize data cleanly in Excel or Google Sheets.
Knowledge of or ability to navigate Italian real estate websites.
