Industrial Property Leasing Assistance
Budget: ₹75,000 – ₹150,000 INR
I need help finding tenants for my warehouse and industrial property in IMT Faridabad. I would like to use local agencies for tenant sourcing. I need assistance in leasing my property located in IMT Faridabad.
Property Details:
- Plot size: 7.5 x 18 metres
- Structure: Currently i didn't made the building but I can make Basement + Warehouse (15 feet on ground) in 2 months and build to suit service also available but rent can increase.
- Monthly Rent: 1.50 lakh INR
- Rent demand is very less from my side as 200yard plot my known person is leased for 3lakh inr per month only warehouse.
- Plot is just 500 metres away from Delhi - mumbai highway
- Plot is just 10 metres away from imt main road.
- Plot is in between many big industries.
Requirements:
- Find tenants specifically for warehouse storage or manufacturing
- Negotiate and finalize lease agreements
- Commission will be given after the agreement is done between both the parties and i will choose the person who give me the price and fast service.
