Goa & Kerala Vacation Rental Onboarding

I’m expanding the inventory on beachfrontindia.com and need help persuading real estate agents and property managers in Goa and Kerala to list their vacation-rental properties with us. For every listing that passes our quality check you’ll earn ₹150, and there’s no ceiling on how many you can bring in—your effort sets your income.

Here’s how the collaboration works:

• Find and approach agents or owners, explain the benefits of our beachfront-focused marketplace, and secure their agreement to list.
• Collect complete property details—name, exact location, nightly rate, contact information, short description, and at least five photo links.
• Deliver the information in our spreadsheet template; I’ll handle the upload. Accuracy, proper formatting, and owner confirmation are what make a listing “qualified.”

To get started, aim to submit your first batch of 20 qualified listings within a week so we can fine-tune the process together. After that, work at whatever pace suits you.

You’ll probably rely on tools like Google Sheets, WhatsApp, email, and a good phone manner. I’ll share a sample pitch script and the spreadsheet template as soon as you’re on board.
