Georgia real estate closing attorney
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
I need several Georgia licensed attorneys to conduct real estate closings on a per-file basis. Travel required, price is negotiable on each file to accommodate distance and time required. Closings to occur in-house at our offices or on location at real estate brokerage offices. At-home closings also required for refinance files.
Minimum $150.00 per file, no more than one hour expected at each closing for the minimum fee, travel time excluded. Training and equipment provided. All title work and certifications will be handled by the firm, liability coverage will be extended to each contract attorney and full indemnification offered for work not performed by the attorney.
