I am looking for a full-time Hispanic VA to assist with phone support for my customers. This is a key role in our company, Facebook prospecting
Responsibilities include:
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and general support.
- Provide support empathetically over the phone in fluent Spanish and English.
- Escalate calls as needed.
- Managing and maintaining our customer service platform, which is Zoho Desk.
The freelancer should have:
- Experience in providing customer support over the phone.
- Excellent command of both Spanish and English.
- Knowledge about working with Zoho Desk.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
