Freelance Real Estate Cold Caller (Dubai Experience Required)

We are looking for a serious, experienced freelance cold caller who has previously worked with Dubai real estate brokerages and has a proven track record of securing property listings from landlords.
This role requires someone who understands Dubai communities, landlords, and the real-estate calling environment.
We do not need appointment setters. We need listing acquisition.
Responsibilities
Call landlords using provided cold data
Secure new sales and rental listings
Gather full property details
Submit daily listing reports
Identify landlords open to exclusive listings
Maintain a professional communication tone at all times
Minimum Requirements (Mandatory)
Minimum 1 year experience calling landlords for a Dubai real estate agency
Proven success in acquiring listings, not just appointments
Knowledge of Dubai communities (JVC, Marina, JLT, Business Bay, etc.)
Comfortable making 80–120 calls per day
Clear English and confident communication
Must provide a voice note introduction
Must share examples of previous results (listing numbers)
Success Criteria (Required to Continue the Contract)
Within your first 2 weeks, you must deliver:
At least 8–12 new listings
Minimum 2 exclusive listings
Consistent daily reporting
Strong conversation-to-listing conversion rate
Failure to meet these criteria will end the contract.
Compensation
Monthly retainer (based on experience)
Bonus for every listing acquired
Additional bonus for exclusive listings
Performance bonus for rented/sold properties
