Scenario and sensitivity testing

Prepare bank-ready financing packages
Collaborate with legal and valuation teams to support fund documentation
Produce investor materials and financial summaries when needed

Required Qualifications:
Proven experience in real estate financial modeling
Solid knowledge of real estate investment fund structuring, especially CMA-regulated structures
Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and financial analysis tools
