Experienced Real Estate Negotiator Needed
Budget: $750 – $1,500 USD
I’m looking for an experienced real estate negotiator to help me secure a property at the lowest possible price. The property is currently listed at $80,000, and I need someone to negotiate directly with the seller or their agent to reduce the price as much as possible preferably 38,000 or less.
I’m offering a performance-based payment: You get a percentage of the amount you save me from the original asking price. No upfront cost to me – you only get paid when the deal closes. Responsibilities:
Contact the seller/listing agent and negotiate on my behalf.
Identify the seller’s motivation and leverage it to get the lowest possible price.
Present a strong case for why a lower price makes sense (e.g., condition, market trends, repairs needed).
Provide updates and feedback throughout the process. Payment Structure:
10% of the total amount saved from $80,000.
Example:
If you negotiate the price to $50,000, the discount is $30,000, and your fee is $3,000.
If you negotiate the price to $38,000, the discount is $42,000, and your fee is $4,200.
Payment will be made only after the deal closes and I receive my assignment fee.
