Entry-Level Residential Sales Closer

I’m expanding my residential real-estate team and need an entry-level Sales Executive who can take qualified buyer enquiries all the way to a signed contract. Your core focus will be closing sales, so you must be comfortable steering prospects through pricing discussions, offer preparation, and final negotiations until the deal is done.

You’ll be working exclusively with residential properties—no commercial or industrial stock—so an understanding of home-buyer motivations, financing timelines, and local housing regulations will be valuable. I’ll provide warm leads, marketing support, and access to our CRM; you convert interest into completed transactions, maintain accurate records of each interaction, and liaise with lawyers, mortgage brokers, and inspectors when required.
