I own a pipeline of residential units across Dubai and I’m looking for a seasoned real-estate professional who can do more than just list them online—I need someone who can actively position these homes as smart investments, speak the language of ROI to prospects, and close deals.

Your role combines investment-grade advisory with hands-on sales. You will analyse current market data, craft an investment story around each unit, and then drive qualified buyers to the table using the channels that work best in Dubai (Property Finder, Bayut, Dubizzle, targeted social, or your own network). Familiarity with RERA regulations, Dubai Land Department procedures and the paperwork that follows a successful offer is essential.

Key deliverables
• An investor-focused snapshot for each property (valuation, expected rental yield, appreciation outlook)
• A go-to-market plan that details which portals, ads or networking events you will use and why
• Weekly lead and activity report pulled from your CRM or spreadsheets
• End-to-end support through negotiation, MoU signing and transfer
