We are a fast-growing Wholesaling Real Estate company looking for a high-performing Dispo VA to help sell contracts, manage buyers, and move deals to closing.

Requirements

Experience in Real Estate Dispositions / Wholesaling

Excellent English (spoken & written)

Strong communication & negotiation skills

Experience with CRMs (HighLevel, Podio, etc.)

Organized, reliable, fast learner

Able to work U.S. business hours

Preferred Skills

Buyers list building

Investor outreach

REI Facebook group posting

Property marketing

Understanding of ARV, comps & numbers

Ability to create urgency and close deals

Compensation
