Data Researcher for Legal / Construction Finance
Budget: €750 – €1,500 EUR
Description: We are an asset recovery firm looking for a detail-oriented researcher to source leads from public county records.
The Task:
Log into the Broward County Official Records website.
Search for "Claim of Lien" documents filed in the last 7 days.
Filter: Only identify liens where a Company is suing another Company (Ignore HOAs, Hospitals, and IRS).
Data Entry: Enter the Claimant, Debtor, Lien Amount, and Document Number into a Google Sheet.
Volume: Approx 50–100 records per week.
Requirements:
Experience with US Public Records or Real Estate data.
High attention to detail (dollar amounts must be exact).
Ability to distinguish between a Commercial Lien (Business-to-Business) and a Residential Lien.
