Dashboard in google sheets with charts/graphs
Budget: $4 – $5 USD
Create multiple dashboards with charts/graphs based on our existing real estate data from our property portfolio. Must have understanding of real estate development financials/metrics and expert in dashboards & data visualization.
The best person for this job will have *your own* good ideas about what data to bring out in graphical form to best tell the story contained in the data, and have the ability to identity and highlight the most interesting trends and comparisons.
I'm NOT looking for someone who asks "What graphs do you want me to make?" I'm looking for someone who says, "Based on this data, here are the most interesting graphs to make."
All the data is maintained and up-to-date (in an google sheet). I just need someone to create interesting and insightful charts and graphs from this data.
Dashboard(s) should have selectable list of properties to compare multiple properties, and graphically represent certain data points between the selected properties, such as e.g. Initial purchase price, Sale price per square foot, IRR, etc. Or compare cash flows between multiple selected properties. VBA would be a plus for working buttons/selectors and other controls.
This is an open-ended ongoing project. Bonus point for anyone having good conversational English for quick video calls if necessary (any calls will be billable). Any background in real estate development metrics a plus.
