Comprehensive Moving Home Research

Research project for moving home. Someone has a home and is considering moving home. The location is decided, but it is undecided whether to buy / sell or rent. Someone is needed to:
a) Investigate house prices in the new area for purchase, and house prices in the old area for sale, including property agencies who help buy and sell properties.
b) Investigate rent prices in the new area for rent, and rent prices in the old area for property letting, including lettings agencies who help rent and let properties.
c) Investigate movers and moving companies to help with moving. The person intending to move has a complicated setup and wants to replicate the set up at the new property, which will require movers that go the extra mile beyond merely transferring property to a different location. Finding specialist movers who can fulfil requirements will require in depth research regarding moving companies.
Your project will have a supervisor who will answer any questions you have, give you any feedback and guide you through the project. The supervisor is not the person moving, it is an independent supervisor.
