Hi! I’m looking for a long-term commission-only partnership with someone who is confident on the phone and hungry to earn.

Here’s how it works:

I renovate properties in Massachusetts, and I provide you with lists of neighbors around the homes we are currently flipping. These are warm leads, not random cold calls — people see the construction happening and are often curious or interested.

You will call/text/email the neighbors using a simple script and “go fishing” for opportunities:

Roof / siding / window estimates (free to them)

Homeowner thinking of selling

Homeowner wanting a cash offer

Buyer leads

Tenant leads

Property management leads

Contractor/referral interest


Whenever a lead you generate turns into a closed deal, you earn 20% of the profit.

Examples of your earnings:

Roof job: $300–$600

Siding job: $400–$800

Window job: $160–$300

Real estate listing: $800–$2,000

Buyer lead: $600–$1,200

Wholesale deal: $1,000–$6,000

Tenant: $60

Property management: $40


There is no cap on what you can earn.
You only get paid when deals close — but you can realistically make $1,000–$4,000+ per month once you’re rolling.
