Commercial RE Project Manager Needed
Budget: $15 – $25 USD
I'm seeking an experienced Project Manager for a commercial real estate development project in Arizona currently in the pre-construction phase.
Key Responsibilities:
- Get multiple competing bids for projects
- Negotiate contracts with lawyers, architects, surveyors, and contractors
- Create and manage project budget
- Provide weekly supervision on contractor progress
Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Local to Arizona market and be able to meet with owners is a must
- Property development or real estate management expertise is non negotiable
- Strong contract negotiation skills
- Excellent organizational and project management abilities
- Collaborative mindset with internal and external stakeholders
- Degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, Finance, or related field
