Cold Calling Experts for Real Estate Market

I am hiring multiple cold callers to help with daily outbound calls to realtors and home owners. You will be calling agents about off market opportunities and calling home owners for potential seller leads. Script and training will be provided.

Pay rate is 4 dollars per hour. Work schedule is 8 hours per day, every day. I am looking to bring on several reliable callers who want long term work.

Requirements:
• Must be fluent in English with clear communication
• Must be able to follow a script and handle basic objections
• Must be available for 8 hour shifts each day
• Must keep a simple CRM updated with leads, notes, and followups
• Must have a self starter mentality and work without constant supervision
• Must send daily call logs and allow live call listening for quality checks
• Must meet specific performance metrics

You will be calling realtors and home owners only. No random industries. No side jobs. This is focused real estate outreach.

I am not looking for scammers or unreliable callers. I have dealt with many already and know how to verify call quality and accountability. Apply only if you are serious and ready to work daily.
