Bilingual Real Estate Sales Agent (Rentals – Commission-Based)

We are looking for experienced sales professionals to join our real estate team, specializing in rental transactions. This is a commission-based role ideal for individuals who are motivated, results-driven, and comfortable working with leads.

Responsibilities:

Manage and respond to incoming leads
Convert prospects into clients
Follow up consistently with potential clients
Handle phone calls professionally and effectively
Use CRM systems to track and manage client interactions
Assist clients throughout the rental process until closing

Requirements:

Previous experience in sales (real estate experience is a plus)
Strong communication and closing skills
Ability to manage and nurture leads
Comfortable working with a CRM system
Fluent in both English and Spanish (required)
