Akiya Helper sells Akiya to foreigners in Japan, and we are looking for a bilingual native Japanese speaker to work with us!
You will translate legal documents and guide the customer through every step of the Akiya buying process, working closely with local Japanese real estate agents and databases. That sounds like a lot, but it's actually very easy, as we have our own listings database and site, and a steady stream of customers.
This is a commission-based position, but your commission is 60%, and our business is booming. You are not responsible for sales or marketing. Your are simply the Japanese language professional. All work is online. The earning potential per year is huge. Last year our agent made over 150,000 USD.
