Airbnb Co-host Agreement Legal Review & Modified Drafting

I’m looking for a Victorian Admitted lawyer, licensed to practice law in Victoria, Australia to review and strengthen an existing co-host agreement used in my short-term rental business.

The agreement is between myself in my role as a co-host managing Airbnb-style properties and the properties owners and describes the services I provide and the terms upon which I provide them amongst other inclusions. I want to ensure the contract provides strong legal protection for my business under Victorian, and Australian law, clearly defines responsibilities, and minimises risk.

Scope of Work:

Review current co-host agreement (already drafted)

Identify gaps, risks, or unclear clauses

Strengthen protections around:

Liability and indemnity

Payment terms and fee structure

Termination conditions

Property damage and guest-related issues to push liability to owner

Ensure limitation of liability to business and does not expose risk to personal assets

Owner responsibilities vs co-host responsibilities

Dispute resolution

Provide a risk profile that highlights areas of exposure and recommended mitigation

Ensure compliance with relevant laws (Australian / Victoria )

Provide a revised, polished version of the contract

Required Candidate Characteristics
Victorian Admitted lawyer

Ideal Candidate Characteristics:
Experience in contract law, preferably real estate or short-term rental agreements
Familiarity with Airbnb or property management/co-hosting arrangements
Strong attention to detail and clear legal drafting skills

Deliverables:
Edited contract with tracked changes or redlines
Final clean version of the agreement

Brief summary of key improvements/recommendations

Budget:
