Airbnb & Booking.com Property Manager Needed

I'm looking for an experienced Property Manager with expertise in handling Airbnb and Booking.com listings. The ideal candidate will be responsible for:
- Guest communication: Ensuring timely and professional communication with all guests to provide excellent customer service and manage expectations.
- Cleaning and maintenance: Coordinating regular cleaning and maintenance to ensure the property remains in pristine condition and meets guest satisfaction.
- Pricing and booking management: Using market insights to competitively price the property and manage bookings effectively.
In addition, you will be required to handle some data management tasks, including gathering data from one source (Google Drive) to enter into document management, checking and reviewing documents for accuracy and completion, and attaching supporting files to the document management. You will also need to search for additional information for documents that are incomplete, verifying, correcting, deleting unnecessary data or combine data.
The ideal candidate should possess:
- Proven experience in property management, specifically with Airbnb and Booking.com.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in data management and document accuracy checks.
- Ability to handle cleaning and maintenance coordination.
