GenesisCryptoFX, a leading name in the real estate industry, seeks a dynamic and qualified Real Estate Agent to join our team. As a key player in our organization, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our customer base, facilitating transactions, and contributing to the overall success of our real estate ventures.
Responsibilities:
As a Real Estate Agent at GenesisCryptoFX, you will be responsible for:
- Generating client leads for buying, selling, and renting properties.
- Counseling clients on market conditions, pricing, and mortgage options.
- Developing competitive market prices by conducting property comparisons.
- Creating comprehensive lists for real estate sale properties, including location, features, and square footage.
- Showing properties to potential buyers and renters.
- Present purchase offers to sellers and facilitate negotiations.
- Reviewing purchase contracts to ensure terms are met.
- Promoting properties through advertisements, listings, and open houses.
- Preparing necessary documents for real estate transactions, such as loyalty contracts, purchase agreements, rental agreements, and deeds.
- Maintain a valid real estate license and stay updated on industry knowledge.
Requirements:
To be considered for this position, you must meet the following requirements:
- Must be a licensed real estate agent.
- In good standing with the local Realtor board or an inactive agent able to immediately transfer the license.
- Experience with sales.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Good knowledge of the local property market.
- Possess a valid driver's license.
Compensation:
- Start-up salary: $62.05 per hour
