Real Estate Listing Updates

I keep an active portfolio of residential listings and need every detail—price, status, square footage, amenities—kept perfectly up-to-date. Your task is focused solely on managing those property records: log in to the back-end of our website, our MLS feed, and key third-party portals, then revise any changes I send you within the same business day.

Deliverables
• Accurate updates applied to all current listings (roughly 40–60 properties)
• A brief daily spreadsheet or CRM note summarising what was changed and when
• Quick confirmation whenever a new update request is completed

Acceptance criteria
All visible fields for each property must match the data I provide; a random spot-check by me should show 100 % accuracy.

We already have photography and copywriting handled in-house, but if you’re comfortable with adding those items later—photo uploads, fresh descriptions, social pushes—that flexibility will be a plus. Familiarity with MLS dashboards, WordPress, and major marketplaces such as Zillow or Realtor.com is strongly preferred.

Reliability and precision matter more to me than volume, so if you can guarantee same-day edits without errors, we’ll be a great fit.
