upgrade react-native app to 64bit for update verstion in google play

i have an old react-native app(0.47 ver of react native), i need to upgrade the app for release it in 64bit(google requires me to do this). the minimal native version for do it its 0.59.
its small app 7mb with 6 pages.
i need the aab file 64bit for update it in google play store.
