small mobile/web audio recorder APP with effects

technologies to be used:
- react-native (possibly without EXPO, but I'm open to change my opinion)
- nativebase UI library
- an audio library (to be choosen), compatible with react-native/web
- API integration (provided by me)

I need a mobile/web app, 3 screens, using react-native, it should run on Ios, android (5+), web. It should also work as PWA.
the app is a audio recorder with the possibility to apply audio effects, such reverb, echo, delay, pitch shifter.
then the audio will be saved into the server with an API (provided by me).
- home page, empty page with "hello {username}!" and side drawer menu
- Voice recorder:
- with countdown timer
- audio input level
- with the possibility to choose the audio input
- apply the effects selecting from a list of presets retrieved from the API (provided)
- Edit page for the text transcripted

I will provide the:
- react-native boilerplate
- Server API endpoints

the app will be multilanguage (italian/english).

The libraries to be used are:
- redux/saga
- nativebase UI
- react-native-encrypted-storage
- i18next

Any other library need to be approved before to be used in the project.
More details and sketches of graphics layout will be provided to the right freelancer.
