react native mobile app - MVP

I am looking for a skilled and experienced React Native developer to create a Minimum Viable Product (MVP) mobile app. (Android only for now)

Key Features:
- Login Screen: API will be provided
- Track Location Screen: Start Tracking, Stop Tracking & Save Button. (API will be provided)
While location tracking is on, it should save the co-ordinates and push the following information to the API:
start_coordinate,
end_coordinate,
paths: []

Location Tracking should work even the app is running in the background.
No UI integration needed at present.
