react animation task (for iOS only)

We are looking for a React native frontend developer that develops for iOS only the same effect that you see in the screencast attached. Please check carefully reference video in attachment (animation effect starts on sec. 00:09). You can use the component or method that you like the most. Please watch again the video ten times. The final effect should be identical. If you achieve this task successfully you will be awarded for a bigger project. The deliverable requires Github code for us to check.
