The App is targeted at the African market, and our first market entry will be in the West
Africa region. Users can register with phone numbers/and or email addresses. The

We have 3 features in addition to all the features in Gozem. (1) We want to add ride
sharing feature where people going the same direction can summon a car/driver to
them so that they car share the car together, (2) we will be adding car rental features
and (3) we will have our own cars/taxi as well.
We would like to build an App that will be available on Android and on iOs with
the following services:
1. Ride hailing services: Including motorcycle-taxis, car-taxis, tricycle-taxis and
airport taxis. Passenger can book cars with air conditioning or book Midzo
plus, which is car with air conditioning.
Type of users for car hailing services: There are 3 types of users in for the
ride hailing services: (1) Car owners who employs drivers that drives for them.
Car owners have access to their own dashboard that is different from their
drivers. (2) Drivers who drives for car owners – Drivers can also have their
own cars and (3) passengers who request.
Business models/pricing model for drivers/car owners for ride hailing
services: Drivers have different business models for the drivers registering in
the app. Business model 1: We take 15% of each trip, but driver need to top
opp their account to have access to the App, so that we ensure that they have
money in their account when the pickup a passenger. The drivers must pay
10% if they cancel a trip. Business model 2: Monthly fee and access to
unlimited passengers and trips.
Business model/pricing model for Car sharing services: Drivers that
delivering car sharing services will be paying 10% of each trip.
2. Delivery services: Grocery delivery, food delivery and baggage delivery.
Grocers, restaurants, and cafes can list their food and menu, where people
can order, and we can connect them to third party transportation such as bike
taxis or tricycles who deliver the food the consumer. This means we connect
the grocers and restaurant to consumers, and then the grocers and
restaurants to bikes taxis to deliver the food to the consumers. Additionally, we
connect businesses to riders to deliver baggage’s.
Type of users for delivery services: There are 3 types of users in the
delivery services: (1) grocers, restaurants, and cafes, (2) end-consumers and
(3) bike taxis, tricycle taxies and baggage delivery and (4) business that needs
baggage delivery.
