iOS and Android React Native app needs call blocking functionality and a whitelist

1. Use chat Gpt to write 80% of code.
2. Use React Native callkeep to make it a call blocker app
3. Make a whitelist that is stored in the app with contacts from phone + a new entry that comes from our
app when a user calls another user. The new number is only stored for 60 seconds then deleted.
4. Compare incoming number to whitelist, if its not there the call is put on mute.
Only way that new numbers are added to the whitelist is if the call is started from our app, and not standard calling app.
