XanababySleep Frontend Performance Revamp

We need to transform the front-end of our mobile application XanababySleep App (React Native) to reflect the precision and calm of the Xanababy methodology.
The objective is clear: Complete re-engineering of the user interface to achieve the fluidity and speed of a premium application, without touching our existing API/server layer.
The critical bottleneck is the sleep registration process, which must be perceived as instantaneous. This is resolved through a robust Offline-First architecture:
Optimistic UI: Implementation of the Optimistic User Interface so the user receives "Saved" confirmation in < 100 ms, regardless of connection status.
Critical Synchronization: Configure a persistent cache queue (AsyncStorage, Zustand/Redux) to ensure pending registrations sync efficiently and that the cache is cleared only upon successful transfer (Erase Cache).
We are looking for a profiling expert who can guarantee:
Load Speed: Interactive Home Screen in < 2 seconds (4G simulation).
Navigation Fluency: Zero perceptible frame drops (60 FPS).
Instant Save: Visual confirmation of registration in < 100 ms.
Rapid Synchronization: Critical synchronization round-trip time ≤ 500 ms (95% of the time).
Interested specialists are required to submit a detailed proposal that includes their estimated Total Project Cost and a Timeline (in weeks) to ensure all Criteria are met.
