WhatsApp-Style Social Networking App

I want to launch a cross-platform application that blends real-time messaging with a Facebook-like social feed. The core of the project is a single code-base experience—iOS, Android, and a responsive web app—where users can text, share media, and post updates without feeling they have stepped into three different products.

Core experience
• Rich one-to-one and group chats, complete with voice and video calling
• A scrolling news feed for posts, photos, and short videos
• Push notifications that stay in sync across devices

Scope of work
You will architect the full stack, build the native or hybrid front ends, wire up voice/video (WebRTC or similar), create an intuitive news-feed UI, and deliver a lightweight admin dashboard so I can manage users and reported content. Feel free to work in Flutter, React Native, Swift/Kotlin, or another modern framework so long as the final builds run smoothly on iOS 15+, Android 10+, and modern browsers.

Acceptance criteria
1. All three platforms compile from the same source or shared modules and pass store submission checks.
2. Chats, calls, and feed actions sync in under two seconds on a 4G connection.
3. Clear build instructions and documented APIs ready for future feature updates.

I will provide brand assets and handle store accounts; you guide the technical roadmap, DevOps, and initial deployment. Let’s turn this into a polished, scalable release.
