WhatsApp Offers Mobile App

I need a full-stack mobile developer who can take this idea from concept to App Store / Google Play release. The goal is simple: send each user the right deal, at the right moment, straight to their WhatsApp chat—always with clear consent and an easy opt-out.

Core flow
• Users download the iOS or Android app, sign up, and set their interests.
• We capture their stated preferences and, with permission, passive location data to fine-tune relevance.
• When a match is found, the backend pushes a rich offer to the user’s WhatsApp via the WhatsApp Business API.
• Inside the message (or in-app), the user can complete an in-app purchase, share the deal on social platforms, or choose to be redirected to the partner’s site.

What I’m expecting from you
– Native or cross-platform build (Swift/Kotlin or Flutter/React Native—open to your recommendation)
– Secure backend (Node.js, Python, or similar) to handle user data, consent records, and message dispatch at scale
– Clean integration with WhatsApp Business Cloud API
