Website and Hybriid App Individual Developer with Android & iOS OS: React Native JS Admin panel experience required

Developer needed for an ongoing project to help complete and troubleshoot the design of the Client and Customer backend/back office login section :
•Back office for monitoring customer registration, payments, uploading pricing and downloading account details.
•Ability to activate/deactivate accounts
•Automated response system for orders by text or email
•Tools for processing payments
•Pools to allow clients to select customer requests
•Queuing and allocation of system for requests
Should having database, programming experience (including API) and be able to build automated responses between systems (i.e. website, database and app) and knowledge of payment system setup.
Other Requirements:
* Be willing to work with other developers where necessary.
* Be able to work under tight timelines and pressure
* Please have ready an example of portfolios that meet the description.
Note the project is already ongoing and need someone who can help to complete development. Estimate this can be done in a month.
