Villa Management App iOS Android

I’m looking to have a complete mobile solution built that lets villa owners (or their staff) run day-to-day operations from a single, intuitive app. The focus is mobile first, so I’ll need two fully native or cross-platform builds delivered together—one for iOS, one for Android.

Core modules I have in mind:
• Booking management – create, edit, cancel, and view reservations in real time, with a clean calendar view and push notifications.
• Maintenance tracking – log new issues, assign them to staff or vendors, update status, attach photos, and keep a maintenance history per villa.
• Payment processing – accept secure card payments and send automatic receipts, with an admin dashboard to see all transactions at a glance.

A lightweight admin panel (web or in-app) to configure property details, user roles, and pricing would be ideal as part of the same codebase to avoid double work.

For tooling I’m open: React Native, Flutter, Swift/Kotlin—whatever gets us performant, maintainable code that meets Apple App Store and Google Play guidelines. Please include API design, database schema, and basic deployment documentation so I can hand it to my cloud team without extra back-and-forth.

Deliverables I’ll review against:
1. Source code and build instructions for both platforms
2. Working builds uploaded to TestFlight and Google Play Internal Testing
3. Brief user guide and API documentation
4. Walk-through video or live demo covering all three key modules
