Mobile Application Development Request (iOS & Android)

I am seeking to develop one mobile application for both iOS and Android platforms that allows users to share their input with me through three separate categories:

Complaints

Suggestions

Requests

Application Concept

After a quick login using mobile phone number authentication, the user will be able to:

Select the type of submission (Complaint, Suggestion, or Request)

Enter the following required personal information:

Full name

National ID number

Place of residence

Mobile phone number

Submit their input using one of the following methods:

Text entry

Image attachment

Voice message

Languages and Content

Full support for Arabic and English

A Biography / Profile page within the application

Simple, clean, and user-friendly interface suitable for all users

Notifications and Follow-up System

Upon submitting a complaint, suggestion, or request:

Authorized staff members can send a notification to the user confirming that the submission has been reviewed

Staff members can send another notification confirming that the issue/request has been successfully resolved

A public section for resolved issues:

Visible to all users

User identity must be completely hidden

No personal data or attachments of the original user should be displayed

Data Storage and Technical Structure

Complete separation between:

Complaints

Suggestions

Requests
at both data storage and application logic levels

Data may be stored locally or sent to a simple API endpoint that can be easily replaced or extended in the future

Full delivery of well-structured, clean source code to allow easy maintenance and future development

Technology Stack

The developer may use:

React Native

Flutter

Or any modern cross-platform framework
provided that all requirements are fully met

Contractual Requirements

Delivery of two fully functional applications, ready for publication on:

Google Play Store

Apple App Store

The contracted developer must commit to providing future UI updates or redesigns upon request, for additional fees to be agreed upon separately

Acceptance Criteria

Successful installation and stable operation on both iOS and Android

Reliable phone number authentication

Correct data submission and upload using:

Text

Images

Voice messages

Clear distinction between Complaints, Suggestions, and Requests in:

User interface

Backend storage

Fully functional user notification system
