Upgrade ReactNative Project from 0.60.5

I am looking for a freelancer to upgrade my ReactNative project from version 0.60.5.

Requirements for the upgrade:

- The freelancer should have experience in upgrading ReactNative projects.
- The freelancer should be familiar with the changes and improvements in the newer versions of ReactNative.
- The freelancer should have knowledge of any potential issues or compatibility concerns when upgrading from 0.60.5.

The project currently builds fine for Android & IOS but it must be upgraded to a higher version, the higher the better but I am not expecting it to get over 0.68
