Tri-App Food Delivery Platform

I need a straightforward, city-focused food-delivery system built as three separate apps that talk to one another.

Customer app
• Search and filter restaurants
• Track order status in real time
• Leave user ratings and reviews

Restaurant dashboard
• Receive and manage incoming orders
• Update menus and item availability on the fly
• View basic sales analytics to spot popular dishes and busy hours

Delivery-partner app
• GPS turn-by-turn navigation from pickup to drop-off
• Log of completed deliveries
• Simple earnings tracker so drivers always know what they’ve made

Clean, intuitive screens are more important to me than flashy extras, and the whole setup only needs to work in one local city for now. Please propose the tech stack you’re most comfortable with—whether native iOS/Android, Flutter, React Native, or another cross-platform solution—and outline how you will connect all three apps to a single backend for orders, notifications, and authentication.

Hand-off should include source code, basic documentation, and a short test plan so I can verify the core flows end-to-end.
