Tinder Style Swipe app

I’m looking for a developer to create a basic Tinder-style swipe app.
The core functionality should be very simple:
Users can swipe left or right on profiles.
No matching logic or backend algorithm is required at this stage.
Just a clean interface where users can view profiles and swipe.
Basic user registration/login and profile creation (name, photo, short bio).
App should work on iOS and Android (cross-platform preferred, e.g. React Native or Flutter).
This is an MVP (minimum viable product), so design can be basic, but the app should be smooth and functional
