Three.js 3D Integration React Native and ReactJS

My React Native (Expo) app and its matching React JS website already run on both iOS and Android; the next step is to bring our 3D content to life. I have a set of ready-to-use GLTF/GLB models that need to be embedded in both code-bases with smooth, first-person navigation controlled by keyboard and mouse.
The job centres on:
• Loading and rendering those GLTF/GLB assets through Three.js / expo-three (or react-three-fiber if you prefer).
• Implementing a first-person camera so users can explore the scene fluidly.
• Ensuring parity between the mobile builds and the web build, with attention to performance on mid-range devices.
• Supplying well-commented code plus a concise setup guide so my team can continue iterating later.
