Subscription Anime Streaming App

I want to launch a polished anime-streaming service that works seamlessly on iOS, Android, and the web. Viewers will browse, search, and watch full HD episodes, but every account is tied to a paid monthly subscription.

Core flow
• New users sign up with email and password, confirm their address, then choose a monthly plan.
• Payments process automatically each billing cycle; failed charges trigger a grace period and in-app reminders.
• Once active, users can stream, resume where they left off, and manage their subscription in-app.

Key requirements
• Three fully functional client apps (iOS, Android, Web) sharing one secure back-end.
• Email/password authentication with password reset and email verification.
• A robust subscription engine (Stripe or similar) supporting monthly recurring billing, prorating when plans change, and a simple admin panel for refunds or cancellations.
• Encrypted video delivery and basic DRM so links can’t be ripped or shared.
• Analytics hooks to track playtime, churn, and most-watched titles.

Deliverables
1. Source code for all clients and server.
2. Deployed staging environment for testing.
3. Production hand-off with documentation covering build steps, infrastructure, and how to add new series.

When handing over, the apps should already be accepted in TestFlight/Google internal testing and ready for me to submit to the App Store, Google Play, and a chosen web host. If you have experience with React Native or Flutter plus a Node.js/Express or Django back-end and know your way around Stripe subscriptions, that will help you hit the ground running.
