Student Discount App Budget $200

I need a straightforward student-discount mobile app that runs on both iOS and Android. The scope is intentionally lean: an attractive splash screen, simple sign-up/login, and a clean interface where verified students can browse current offers. A lightweight solution built with React Native, Flutter, or a similar cross-platform stack is fine as long as it stays within my budget cap of US $200.

Here’s what I expect as the finished package

• Test builds (APK + TestFlight/IPA) I can install and review
• Basic instructions for me to re-compile and publish later
