Startup Needs Junior Cross-Platform Developers
Budget: ₹12,500 – ₹37,500 INR
I’m building the first version of our startup’s product and want to work with motivated college students or recent grads who can grow alongside the project. The goal is to release one code-base that runs smoothly on both iOS/Android and the web, so any exposure to React Native, Flutter, Ionic, or similar cross-platform stacks will be useful—but if you only have classroom-level experience and a willingness to learn fast, that’s fine too.
Here’s how we’ll collaborate:
• We meet online twice a week, agree on the next sprint’s features, and track progress in GitHub.
• You push well-commented code, I review and merge, and you’re paid at the end of each productive week—no waiting for the final launch.
• As milestones are cleared you’ll tackle more complex pieces of the stack, from UI polish to basic backend endpoints, getting real-world practice along the way.
Initial deliverables I’ll be looking for:
1. A bare-bones responsive web interface that mirrors a minimal mobile build.
2. Simple auth (email or phone) that works consistently across devices.
3. A small set of core screens wired to dummy data so we can demo to advisors.
