## Full Project Plan – Sports Prediction Mobile App

### Product Goal
Develop a data-driven mobile application that provides real-time sports match predictions using advanced statistical models and AI. The app will deliver professional insights, personalized notifications, and operate under a VIP subscription model.

## Real-Time Sports Data
The application will integrate with a third-party sports data API (to be selected by the developer) in order to display:
- Live match scores
- Team lineups before games
- Key match events such as goals, fouls, substitutions, and other major incidents
- Live match statistics

## Prediction Model
The prediction system will be based on a combination of two approaches:

### 1) Advanced Statistical Analysis
- Historical performance of teams
- Current team form
- Home and away performance trends
- Statistical models such as Poisson distribution for goal/basket likelihood

### 2) Artificial Intelligence (AI)
- AI trained on historical sports data to improve prediction accuracy
- Continuous learning and adaptation as new match data becomes available

## AI Expert Match Analysis (Core Feature)
For every match, beneath the statistical data, the app will display an AI-generated expert analysis written in a professional sports analyst style.

This analysis will include:
- A concise 3–5 line summary of the match context
- Consideration of factors such as:
- Current team form
- Recent results
- Home or away advantage
- Player availability when provided by the API
- Key players and team momentum
- A clear final recommendation from the AI regarding which team is more likely to win.

The AI is allowed to recommend a team even if raw statistics suggest otherwise, when contextual factors justify such a conclusion.

- Live score updates
- Detailed statistics

### Admin Notifications
The app owner will have the ability to send broadcast notifications to all users, for example:
