SlideShare-Like Presentation Sharing
Budget: ₹37,500 – ₹75,000 INR
I need an end-to-end application that lets people upload their PowerPoint or PDF decks and instantly share them through a clean, responsive viewer—very much the way SlideShare works. The core focus is on the upload-and-share flow; advanced authoring tools are not required at this stage.
The build has to run seamlessly in a browser and as a dedicated mobile app, so a single codebase approach such as React (web) with React Native (iOS / Android) or Flutter would be ideal. Users will create a free, “basic” account that permits them to upload, tag, publish, and publicly share or embed their presentations. Premium tiers are out of scope for this first release, but the architecture should make it easy to bolt them on later.
Key expectations
• Fast, drag-and-drop upload that converts common slide formats to an embeddable HTML5 viewer.
• Public and unlisted sharing links.
• Search, tags, and simple categorisation so visitors can discover content.
• Scalable storage (e.g., AWS S3, Cloud Storage) and a lightweight admin panel to moderate uploads, view usage stats, and remove flagged content.
• Modern UI/UX that feels at home both on desktop browsers and native mobile devices.
Deliverables
1. Source code for web and mobile builds.
2. Deployment scripts / Docker files and a short setup guide.
3. Brief user manual covering upload, share, and admin moderation flows.
4. One-month bug-fix support after handover.
I’ll provide UI wireframes and brand colours once we agree on the stack. Let me know which framework you recommend and how long you’d need for an MVP that handles uploads, sharing, and public viewing smoothly.
