Simple react native app with basic functionality

Hi,
I need a simple react native app to be built that supports some basic functionality
-- Users can login and signup (APIs exist for this already, just need to call them)
-- User profile will load with some basic info
-- Display list of data for some basic structure
-- Some basic edit functionality
