Senior React Native Interviewer Needed
Budget: ₹400 – ₹750 INR
I need an experienced React Native engineer—someone with at least six solid years building Android and iOS apps—to run live, code-heavy interviews over Google Meet for applicants who have roughly three to five years in the field. These are not polite chats; every session must be a hands-on machine test in which the candidate shares screen, writes fresh code, explains the logic line by line, and proves it runs.
What I expect you to probe
• Core state-management patterns (Redux in particular)
• Performance optimisation techniques that make or break a fintech app
• Clean integration with native modules on both platforms
• TypeScript usage inside React Native projects
• Robust REST-API consumption and edge-case handling
Each interview should last about an hour and end with a concise written evaluation that scores the candidate’s technical depth, problem-solving process, and communication. I’m counting on your prior interviewer experience to keep the pressure real yet fair and to uncover strengths and red flags we can’t spot on a résumé.
